Abseiling: Pretty Darn Cool Actually

Time to step things up

So it’s been almost 2 months since I’ve started gymming, and about 2 weeks since they gave me a custom-made twofold programme consisting of a cardio plan (40 mins plus 5 min warm up and cool down on either side) and a weight training plan (basic circuit).
