I’ve been blogging since 2005, and while that hasn’t stopped me from almost killing my blog trying to do a simple Wordpress blog upgrade, I’ve learned a few tricks along the way. Roxilla began as a group blog in 2006, and along the way it became my own little space on the web. It’s a lot like me – a big melting pot of randomness, hehe. 
If you’ve been reading my blog a while, you will have picked up a bit about me. What you see is (mostly) what you get, sometimes I am gloomy and sometimes I have ingenious ideas and other times I just feel too excitable to do much else than ramble. The randomness is every bit as big a part of the essence of Rox as the pink is, deal with it!
First, Some Useless Trivia…
1. I am mostly vegetarian (but I do indulge in sushi and oysters!)
2. I love B grade movies, soapies, horrors, dramas, cartoons, series and lots more
3. I love wine, Patron, tea, smoothies and Savanna (just not together)
4. I’m a girly girl with a hectic shoe collection and lots of dresses
5. I love running and gym (and did Muaythai a few years back)
6. I am petless for the first time in my life, it’s liberating!
7. I am something of an animal rights activist
8. I have a huge love for books and reading
9. I have 7 tattoos
10. I will be 30 this year
11. I am a very easygoing Taurus… but if you keep pushing me, I will explode
12. I love music, especially old rock, cheesy 80’s, rhythm and blues and trip hop
13. I have never been able to ride a bicycle
14. I love cooking, and baking – but when it comes to ice cream, I am a domestic goddess!
15. I am a copywriter, SEO and web stuff
16. I love camping, camp fires, swimming in rivers and lakes, and roughing it up in the wild
17. I also love long baths, candles, bath goodies and total self-indulgence
18. I have an awesome, crazy but close-knit family who I adore
19. I grew up pretty poor, and have had my share of trauma, it’s made me who I am today
20. I have dreams of singing in a cool alternative new wave band one day
