Well, so far my interwebs are back up again. But this happened last week too, and then it went down so not going to get too excited just yet. Anyway, to hell with them – I’m so over it, and if plan to cancel my account and get the ADSL ball rolling asap!
iBurst aside, life has been more on the up than anything else lately actually. Fabulously Frivolous February is proving a rather awesome month indeed on the zen front. My back has been mostly ok, I’ve been sleeping well thanks to the ridiculously simple lavender oil tactic, I have had one wild weekend after another and despite the fact that my diet has gone pear-shaped these past two weeks and I haven’t been to gym in ages I have somehow managed to lose 3kg. It’s all just been awesome, and as an added bonus, all this time offline has forced me to relax more rather than phaff around online 24-7 with work and Twitter and random stuff.
Some completely random Monday Musings…
* Both bosses are away… for 2-3 weeks. This is making us all rather happy, as you can imagine.
* My mom is truly awesome, and has been such a huge help during this iBurst War.
* So much for giving up coffee – still, one cup a day isn’t that bad I guess.
* The Roundhouse in Camps Bay is my new bestest place in the world for breakfast. LOVE it!
* The Dubliner can always be relied on for a totally chaotic but awesome night.
* Giant Japanese hornets are epic, and I will never get tired of watching the National Geographic show on these things.
* Titanic is quite possibly the best love story I’ve seen, took me long enough to finally watch it but it was worth the wait (despite bawling my eyes out through much of it).
* I can’t remember the last time I had chocolate.
* I think I may be developing an immunity to Patron, not sure if this is a good thing or not.
* I got all my old cameras back when I was at my parents’ place on Sunday – most are broken, but bring back so many memories.
* Things always work themselves out for the best, one way or another.
Right now, it’s time to head to the couch for some Oprah and Isidingo. Hopefully I will still be online when I get back, but who knows!
I tried to give up or at least drastically reduce my coffee intake too, but so far I am doing so badly. I have realised that coffee actually makes me feel happy, which is a bad sign, I am properly addicted!
Ye, same here. Coffee = happy place, especially in the mornings.
And on rainy cozy mornings like today, it’s even more essential!
Its good to have you back blogging Rox! I’ve been scanning your site every day for updates so my week’s off to a good start with some much needed updates
Aw, thanks mister!
It’s good to be back – really was about to hit breaking point with blood iBurst.
