A lot can change in a year. In my life, it feels like my whole world has changed, just in this past month alone. I’ve said goodbye to my cats, battled some rather intense stress and fought a few demons, had a bit too much conflict for my liking, cried, laughed, hardly been to gym and coughed out a lung.
