Not too shabby I have just across the most incredible documentary, Sharkwater… and I have to get hold of this asap! Woza Weekend!

Promenade: stunning! Restored, revived, rejuvenated. That pretty much sums up how this weekend has been for me. It’s really been a good one, like the way weekends used to be for me… a nice mixture of party, chillax, productivity, work and fitness.
