That’s more like it!

Gosh, I can’t believe it’s only 9am – it feels like it should be afternoon already. Then again, I’ve been up since 6h00, and was out for run by 6h30. I am feeling a bit tired now, but overall I feel great. My bug from yesterday seems to be over, I am pleasantly stiff on the muscle-front and it’s an absolutely gorgeous day in Cape Town.
