Planet Bar: Awesome
So yesterday, it being a public holiday and all, I still spent a large chunk of the day working. I did however swing past the LEAP Pet Food Chain to drop off some food for township animals – sadly my camera seems to be broken, so I wasn’t able to take any pics.
After that I had a quick breakfast with a friend, and then headed home to get some work done. Later on, I met the boy at Royale, where he was still trying to disengage himself from work issues, servers wait for no man and all, hehe. After dinner we decided to go to Planet Bar, so we summoned a few peeps and walked down.
Planet Bar is so cool, I love everything about it. The stars on the ceiling, the awesome service, the tables and chairs, the decor, the bathrooms… it’s all just super chilled and stylish.
Today I am finishing up some work and taking it easy, and having a giggle at Debra’s grandson giving Tiger a lot more attention than he has ever had – he’s loving it, but isn’t quite sure what to make of this kid, too sweet for words.
P.S. I passed up a chance to go to Joburg this morning on a server rescue mission. In a private Gulf Stream. For a few hours. Insane. It’s Debra Day though, and I had some work to do, so had to give it a miss. Oh well.
P.S.S. I can’t remember when I last had chocolate, sweet tooth seems to have vanished with my appetite.
Wow, a Gulf Stream hey? Oh well.

A bona fide friggin Gulf Stream – company jet nogal. Long story, will get around to it eventually.

That I have to agree with, prices are OTT. We skipped the bubbly at least, but Savannas are bad enough.

I think it may be from all the hangovers I have had since the weekend… just don’t seem to have a sweet tooth right now, weirdest thing.
Will come back though, I’m sure of it!
