2008 Worldwide Blogger Bake Off

Breadline Africa’s Worldwide Blogger Bake Off is a really awesome way to make a difference to hundreds of starving children in Africa – without leaving the house.

There are a number of ways to get involved in this initiative, from baking to donating. Many local bloggers are joining the movement in a big way, with Chris offering R200 if he gets 100 muti votes on the Bake Off call for help. Others such as Thakadu, Sue, Charl, Wogan, DChetty, vhailorZ and more are also adding their contributions if the votes hit 100.

I have submitted a recipe, which I am hopefully going to bake soon. I am also going to donate R100 if the votes hit 100, and will add another R50 if the votes get up to 150.

Here are a few ways for you to also get involved:

1. Join the Blogger Bake Off campaign
2. Vote for the Blogger Bake Off post at Muti
3. Join the local bloggers at iMod
4. Make a donation to Breadline Africa
5. Submit your bread recipe when you join
6. Vote for your favourite recipe (or my recipe, you’ll spot it under ‘R’)
7. Bake a loaf of bread and blog about it
8. Have a bake sale

Come on people, let’s use our wonderful powers of online presence to do some good here.
