Rock god Gavin Rossdale turned 41 today, proving yet again that guys often improve with age, like wine. Not always of course, but in this case, definitely. I am a huge Bush fan, and have been since I was about 14. Not only does Gavin Rossdale have the most awesome voice ever, his lyrics are pure poetry. And he’s a loyal husband and daddy too, bless.

Running is weird, some days you barely get up the first hill and you feel like death, other days you feel like you could go on forever. Stupid cat I almost had a heart attack just now, and my hands are still shaking. I didn’t realise that bloody Sonic, who spends a lot of time chilling on top of the bathroom door, was on top of the door… and I closed it. Best view ever Phew, after one of the most exhausting days which finished on a high note with my bloody iBurst running out in the early hours, Monday is finally over. I wish like anything that I could hit the rewind switch and have the weekend again, it was such a good one on so many levels.
