I’m Loving… Hot Ghost Busters

The Brothers Winchester: Sizzling

I am always totally behind all series, as I don’t have Mnet or DSTV and I never get around to watching anything on my laptop. Still, it was better discovering Supernatural late then never, that’s for sure!

Paranormal activity and totally edible boys, it just doesn’t get much better then that really. Jensen Ackles even made his old Days of our Lives character, Eric Brady, rock; and as for his role in Dark Angel… damn. Then there is Jared Padalecki. Gosh, not only does he have seriously hectic abs, but he’s also done a Peta anti-fur campaign, bless him. Too bad it wasn’t a ‘rather go naked’ one, but anyway.

To be honest, I probably would have loved the show even without the hot leads, I’ve always been interested in paranormal activity and the show’s creator sites his influences in Neil Gaiman’s Sandman to name a few. I’m a major Gaiman fan, and the Sandman comics are epic.

In other news, my wrists are somewhat tender after my experience with the power sander yesterday, god those things are hard to hold.

…the things that benny benassi’s satifisfaction video did for the popularity of power tool usage.

i’m sure the shark research centre are doing a huckleberry finn, in the knowledge of this growing popularity of these tools.

still lotsa good will probably come from that power tool effort long after your wrists recover and that’s the most important thing.

Indeed, volunteering isn’t meant to be easy really, but it’s the most enriching experience ever to do proper hard work for a cause.

When I used to volunteer at the Aquarium (where I also worked at the front desk) I regularly came home with penguin bites, fish scales under my fingernails, fish blood all over my top, bruises from slipping down the mini-ramp just outside the seal area, a bump to the head from falling off the back of the turtle display (with a tray of chopped squid, red bait and muscle, which ended up all in my hair, lol), once a seal bite, another time a very bad fall on a slipway while on a collecting trip, from which I still have a bone chip missing from my knee.

It goes with the turf I guess, but at the same time I also got to work with seals and other amazing creatures, and that experience is still probably one of the most amazing things I’ve done in my life.

That reminds me, I must actually upload my Aquarium video my cousin made and post it.

So ja, sore wrists aren’t really a big issue, and I’m keen to go back and do some more hard labor to help out.

a woman has to work that’s what us men secretly say and women belive that their work is never done.

and whatup with getting pengiun bites on the job, i’m more of a donation kind of person unfortunately.

and i like the aquarium sometime we have lunch there because we know other big-bad-oil-and-gas-sters won’t be popping by the joint.
