Roxilla

There is just too much to fit into a few arb posts here and there on Roxilla, and as my knowledge and outrage grows, so does my need for a proper platform for my bunny-hugger rants.

So, hopefully within the next week or so, I should have myself an animal ‘wrongs’ blog. I have long been a Peta supporter, and there are a few other resources that are more relevant to SA issues. What I intend to do is share the knowledge I absorb across all the resources I frequent, to create one place to create awareness on issues that affect us here in SA, but also around the world. That way if you don’t want to check out the hardcore videos or pictures, or read the latest in chicken abuse, then you don’t have to have it in your face here on Roxilla.

But, if you DO happen to want to read about animal rights issues, then you’ll be able to go onto the blog and learn a few shocking things. I’ll try and do a bit more effort to market it of course, and will still do the odd post on Roxilla highlighting any major issues that crop up.

I have sort of found a good theme (ok, I thought I had – fuck, how hard is it to find a basic white journal theme, sheesh!), now I am finalizing a good domain name and getting a suitable banner. Even if I suck at design stuff, I’m going to see how I do making a banner. Otherwise I shall extort some of my designer buddies into making me one, it’s for the animals after all. Remember the bunnies!

Exciting times indeed, god knows where this will all be in a few months, but no matter what happens, the way I see it is that as long as I have my laptop, I have my soapbox(es), so it’s all good.
