Well gosh, I had just had time to get all excited about the news of Man Utd coming to South Africa in June to take on the Pirates and the Chiefs, when I realised that Boy Wonder would be busy with Euro 2008, and would therefore not be gracing our shores with his gorgeousness.

Call me shallow, but now I really don’t know whether I want to bother going to watch the July 19th game at Newlands anymore. If I do, I’ll support our side, but hell – without the chance of Ronaldo taking his top off, or say scoring all the goals for Man Utd, it just wouldn’t be the same at all.

What a letdown, sheesh. Oh well, I found a rad fan site now that cheered me up no end – with stories like Ronaldo granting the wish of a dying child and other fascinating tidbits, and more than a few good pics to sooth the old eyes after a long day. Who cares if it’s a bit old? I’m not complaining.

Unlucky!! Wonder boy’s season is overs – the cheat ruptured a tendon last night against AC Milan’s.
