Gosh, it just seems to get more and more intense each time. I may not have taken more skin off my knuckles today, but my muscles are still feeling a bit jumpy nevertheless.

Ok, maybe without the skulls in the background and shit
Kung Fu is turning out to be a lot more hardcore than I thought, which is a good thing. There’s something about pushing your body beyond its usual limits that really clears the mind. The training has to be intense, and varied – so no class is the same. You never know whether you’re going to get easy form stuff, or hectic kicks. At one point, still in the warm up, my muscles were trembling so much during a squat session I couldn’t get my leg to stay still, lol. Way hectic indeed, sjoe, but damn I feel good now.
Fuck the gym, and stupid treadmills and bikes – martial arts is a far, far better way of training. Throw in some good runs out in the streets of the city, and I can take on any gym bunny, no contest. Bring it on!
FINISH HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!
